  • Prenatal yoga

    Pre/Postnatal Yoga with Samantha - Sunday Mornings 9:00am-10:00am

    During this hour, we will work together to create a space to relax, sink into our changing bodies, garner both physical and mental strength and connect to others in the same season of life. 
    This practice is gentle, easily modified and available to anyone who is currently experiencing pregnancy, postpartum, loss or is trying to conceive. 
    All stages connect and being in community supports our bodies, minds and souls.  My promise is that you will leave feeling supported, strong and connected.

  • Flow yoga

    Slow Flow Yoga with Samantha - Sunday Mornings 10:30am - 11:30am

    This is a practice of sacred pause and reflection.  Together we will build warmth through gentle positions focused on stretching and grounding.  We will hold our positions a little longer than normal, in order to build the mental resilience of "quieting the voices" in our heads that tell us we have to constantly be on the move.  Practicing amongst others experiencing the same progress and roadblocks allows us to remember our humanity and connect deeper with our neighbors. 
    My promise is that you will leave feeling patient, settled and focused.

  • Reiki circle

    Meditation and Reiki Circle with Samantha - Monday Evenings 5:30pm - 6:30pm

    This space is created to care for you, weekly, while giving you the tools to care for yourself daily.  We can become stuck in routine and hustle, forgetting to breathe, forgetting to feel and forgetting to connect. 
    This space will give you the chance to reconnect to your natural rhythm while receiving the healing energy of Reiki. 

    My promise is that you will leave feeling held, rested and cared for.

  • Breathwork

    Integrative Breathwork Group Circle with Courtney - Monday Evenings 7:15pm - 8:30pm

    This integrative breathwork group circle offers a supportive space to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your body.  
    Using a three part breath, the practice can help release stored tension, process emotions, and promote a sense of calm and clarity.  

    Each 75 minute session includes time to arrive, breathe, and integrate at the end.
